The Patriots faced one of the weakest teams in the district Friday against Brooke Pointe. They were able to rest their regular #2, #3, #4, and #5 players for singles and still walk away with a win. However, they did lose their first match of the year at #6 singles as Kyle Huysman, the #16 seed on the team, lost a heartbreaking match to Sean Hamlin. All others were able to get easy wins as Brooke Pointe never took the match seriously.
Albemarle (6-0, 5-0 CD) hosts Mountain View on Apr. 11 at 5:00.
