Indoor track had a whopping 23 PRs set at the St. Christopher meet this weekend, in Richmond. Some highlights include: Adam Visokay ran a PR of 4:33 in the mile;
Austin McPhillips got a PR in the two mile with 10:21; Elizabeth Sinclair improved in the 2 mile by 13 seconds; Sarah Henderson improved by 3 seconds 300m; and the girls 4X8 team got a huge PR of 9:55!
It was a terrific meet for the Patriots!
