Albemarle's Varsity team lost to Heritage this past Tuesday, ending their run for the Regional title. The girls had a very successful season, coming in 2nd in the Commonwealth District. The Senior captains Sarah Terlesky, Farin Lam, Stephanie Strauss, and Megan Napolitano will leave big holes in the line-up next fall, but a young team can prove to be a strong team. Sophomore standout Jessie Block has already broken the record for most assists in a single season, a record previously held by former Patriot Abby Hendrix.
